RBA cabin crew successfully graduates


Royal Brunei Airlines held a graduation ceremony for the 108th and 109th Cabin Crew intake at the Royal Brunei Recreational Club yesterday.
The graduation ceremony saw 12 crewmembers from the 108th intake while the 109th intake had 11 graduates. Selected individuals for cabin crews have to undergo strict screening. On hand to present the certificates to various graduates was the RBA Chief Executive officer Ray Sayer.
During the graduation ceremony, the Chief Executive Officer, Ray Sayer asked the cabin crew to maintain consistency in delivering excellent services, which goes beyond just smiling. According to the CEO, being sensitive and concerned about the needs of passengers, is part of providing outstanding services.
The Cabin Crew intake had to undergo six months of intensive training. Three months were allocated to ground training and the other comprised of flying on RBA flights learning to successfully apply their skills before graduating.
