And furthermore, aku atu kan ke Gadong jua, kan reformat my laptop di Concept. Tapi , bila saja aku approach one of the staff sana,menyuruh kan reformat my laptop katanya inda buleh.
Aku gitau udah, yang this laptop were still under 1 year warranty. The reason durang inda dapat reformat is because the software for the XP microsoft yang durang install last year were piracy. So, durang nda dapat reformat. Kalau kan reformat jua, they need to install the ORIGINAL one which cost $180. Dalam hatiku, PALUI! inda paidah2 buat warranty dlm resit. Bukan pulang kan free, disuruhnya pulang membayar. Just to reforamt free, i need to install the original software. Baik jua, masa atu mood ku baik, mun inda ku talangkan laptop atu arah muka bisdurang. Banar jua tu, its none of my business, what the hack about ORI atau inda. Atu masalah durang bah tu.
Kenapa tah dulunya durang install piracy punya software. That's what i called " STUPID".
Mau kan strategic market di Brunei, tapi cara salah! Kalau kamu kan membali laptop, baiktah jangan tah di Concept atu. Teruk sekali service sana atu. Better go yang simple punya kadai. Advert sana sini, tapi service thumbs down. Staff sana atu lagi pengambang, and inda helpful. Cuba u try to go in, for sure kana tanya "KENAPA?" instead "Can i Help You?" Yatah anak Brunei ani, bila ditagur jadi kemarahan. Karang diucap customer urang Brunei inda beperangai, tapi durang lagi teruk perangai durang. I was so dissapointed. So, i went to kiulap to Solutech Computer Services. The service men name Kang. He's Chinese Malaysian. Sungguhpun kadai durang ani inda standard, tapi cara melayan customer bagus! and the service men give full details and information regarding computer. Instead some sales staff, other shops sorry to say, unhelpful and karit kan membagi tau apa details yang rusak atu. Lagipun service staff nya 2 urang saja. Biartah ku membayar $25 for reformat rather than installing the original microsoft $180. Useless! Before this, it run smoothly jua without the original one, but still people using computer. Waktu pertengahan bulan lagi kan megeluarkan duit ani, banyak lagi other important stuff that need to settle it down 1st. Dissapointed banarku staff di Concept ahh...
